About this job
We are currently searching for a full time, energetic, and reliable lead toddler teacher to work in a premier, fun, clean and supportive early care and education environment. This program serves children from 6 weeks to school age and operates on a year round basis. We are looking for both a Lead Early Toddler teacher (12-18months) and a Lead Older Toddler teacher (24-36months).
Candidates must have experience working in an early childhood setting and possess at least an Associates in Early Childhood or a related field with 12 credits in Early Childhood. The lead teacher would be responsible for caring for the well being of the children, providing a safe and comfortable environment, providing lesson plans that meet the Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards, as well as other duties that can be discussed at the interview. Knowledge of ITERS, BrightStars, and RIELDS if perferred.
