Customer Service Representative Job Description:
* Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications for a Pre-Collections call center working on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
* Primary duty is to collect past due balances for service provided by client via processing payments.
* Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
* Heavy data entry and database navigating
* Maintain highest level of customer service
* Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Qualifications:
* Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 40 words per minute)
* Customer service experience
* Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
* Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
* Must be willing to submit to a background check

Schedule:


1st Shift Options:

  • Monday-Thursday 9-5:30, Friday 9-5

2nd Shift Options:

  • Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm (One day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday
  • Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10pm (One day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday

Part Time Shift Options:

  • Monday-Friday 7 or 8am-12pm, AND Saturday or Sunday
  • Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm or 5pm-10pm AND Saturday or Sunday
  • Saturday 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm and Sunday 9-5pm
