Senior Loan Processor/Underwriter I - Full-time / Part-time

DUTIES

• Conditions and Risk Reviews
• Research: loan document deficiencies, add applicable conditions, request additional information
• Assist in creating and interpreting underwriting guidelines
• Correspondence with clients

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of recent experience the morgage industry as a loan processor or underwriter
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Current knowledge of industry rules and regulations
