Description
Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Operations Analyst located in the Mundelein facility in the Operating Room division. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and deep analytical skills, you must have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude. The challenging responsibilities of the position include:
· Custom Instrument Set (“CIS”) Production - Oversee and monitor all aspects of CIS kit production to ensure accuracy and efficiency, including documenting processes, monitoring flow of items through SAP, managing CIS deviations, resolving CIS issues, and maintaining daily kit development status updates.
· Manage Surgical Instrument Service Levels – review days of supply reports, review open purchase order reports, review weekly import manifest and track deliveries from international vendors, manage surplus, manage backorders, expedite delivery of products, process vendor returns, review DEDs, and manage slot holds.
· Divisional Support Services – assist with product and pricing setup in SAP, assist with SAP item data and vendor PIR cleanup, negotiate with suppliers, issue supply POs, and resolve business process issues.
· Work with Quality and Product Management teams to quickly identify and resolve quality issues with vendors.
· Work with Purchasing & AP to resolve Surgical Instrument vendor issues – review overbill notices, review problem tickets, process debit and credit memos, and resolve low-level sourcing issues.

The required skills for this position are:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering
· Operations and data reporting experience highly desirable
· Intermediate to advanced Excel experience highly preferred
· Must possess exceptional service, organization, and communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of an organization in an effective and efficient manner.
· Must be able to successfully apply financial, accounting, and business problem-solving skills to a wide variety of business problems.
