Seasonal Part Time Fulfillment Associate

What you'll do:

This is a start-up operation so we’re looking for people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment as well as engaging with customers. Successful team members will understand that they play a pivotal role in making customers happy and we need people who are flexible to do whatever they can to meet customer expectations. An average hour in an average day includes picking inventory, packing it, sorting it, and interacting with customers.

• Basic inventory put away functions using an RF handheld scanning device
• Picking inventory using RF handheld scanning device
• Inventory control /quality assurance tasks
• Customer interaction

Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00

Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing and able to work on a flexible schedule and work overtime as required
• Must be able to communicate in English, written or verbally
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds as well as routinely carry up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 4-6 hours
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Must be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely
• Must be willing to work both within and outside of the fulfillment center
• Utilize computer and wireless technology, e.g. smartphones, radio and scanner
• Working nights, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on time of year and business need

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse environment
• Remain flexible to restructure schedule as needed
