Assistant Project coordinator - Full-time

* Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all site tasks involved in a project.
* Develops a schedule and weekly duties and expectations for shop manager to meet company needs.
* Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports as needed to meet project demands.
*makes site visits as needed to include constant contact with field foreman to insure material and labor needs are being met.
* Communication with general contractor supervisors as needed to stay abreast with daily goals and needs from the general contractor.
* Pre-plan project needs with project manager and field supervisors to ensure material needs are on site as needed.
* Refer to project material takeoffs to ensure best pricing on material buyout and delivery times as well as demobilization.
* File all project documents as needed.
*) Track project changes and needs as needed. Make adjustments timely.
*Manage manpower on jobsite needs to ensure proper help on jobs to ensure project is in budget. Manage by numbers.
