Customer Service Representative

* Handling all claims and calls from policy holders from their agents . They use independent agents - questions can vary from I just got in an accident, to I need my agents phone number, to what does my policy state, to when is my check coming, etc.
* In this location they handle workers comp, auto homeowners and some life
* Clerical duties - checks, form letters, copying, uploading
* A lot of multi tasking
* Bi-lingual is a major plus
