Aerotek is currently seeking qualified individuals for a Sales Representative position located in the Reno, NV area for a leading Call Center. The position is a 90 day contract-to-hire and pays $12.00 a hour. Works hours vary between different Day shifts and Swing shifts between the hours of 4:00 am - 11:00 pm, and some overtime may be required. Qualified candidates are required to have 6 months of Customer Service, Sales, and Call Center experience. Candidates with Sales and Call Center experience are urged to apply.
Job duties entail responding to a high volume of customer contacts providing support in areas of general billing, retention, retail and responder activations, and other phone services and support. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
