Field Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description: Field Service Representative

The Bloom Energy Service team is seeking highly motivated and dynamic Field Service Representative (FSR). The FSR will assist with general Bloom Energy fuel cell systems monitoring/operation and maintenance. The FSR will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional service on any and all evolutions they participate in and must have the ability to travel as needed to support Field Service business needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Bloom Energy fuel cell systems monitoring/operation, system maintenance, site maintenance, safety observer role, support 2 person required evolutions as needed

Able to communicate effectively in English in both written and or verbal form to facilitate duties as required

Able to follow procedures and execute sequenced work instructions from either written and or verbal communications

Proficient in computer operations

Ability to lift 45-50lbs

Able to facilitate 24x7 operations as needed

Able to facilitate On Call Duty as needed

Able to facilitate shift work as needed

Able to travel as needed

Duration: Travel durations of up to 4 weeks in one travel session

Federal background check and finger printing mandatory requirement

Performs other duties as assigned

Other Skills and Experience:

The following MINIMUM levels of experience and or education are required:

High school diploma

Work experience in the area of manufacturing, integrated systems, monitoring and or controlling systems in operation preferred

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/repair skills; understanding of mechanical systems, assembly work, piping, plumbing and valve operation preferred

Electrical experience in troubleshooting & repair skills preferred

Basic understanding of requirements of working safely

Highly motivated and able to work independently, demonstrates sound judgment

A team player who exhibits a high level of integrity and professionalism in all situations
