Job Title: Lead/Senior Corporate Jet A&P Mechanic
Location: New Castle, Delaware
Our client is looking for an experienced, senior-level, Corporate Jet A&P Mechanic for their small 145 repair facility located on the New Castle, Delaware Airport. This company shares the same airport as Dassault Falcon and Textron/Hawker Beechcraft.
Job Description:
- Will be performing heavy checks on various other corporate jets such as Hawkers, Falcons, Gulfstreams, Challengers, among others.
- Will be preforming 24 month, 48 month, and 92 month inspections.
- Will be doing engine changes, wifi installs, interior refurbs, etc
- Once the Mechanic has proven that they are a strong mechanic, the Mechanic will have the opportunity to move into a Lead role where the candidate will be assigned a crew of A&P's.
- As a Lead, they will troubleshoot and lead and direct others.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recent experience performing heavy maintenance on corporate jet aircraft
- Hawker, Falcon, Gulfstream (GIV), or Challenger experience preferred
- A&P license preferred but not required since they can sign off on the repair station
- Leading a crew/team of Mechanics preferred
- Avionics experience a major plus, but certainly not required
