Mortgage Trainer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently offering a wonderful career opportunity for individuals seeking employment in the financial industry. We are currently hiring professionals who are looking for a Mortgage Trainer position in the Pensacola, FL area. We are seeking candidates that have an educational/instructional background. The shift for this position is Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Below is a decription of the skils required:

• Develops the most suitable courses, teaching methods and instructions to deliver efficient, engaging and cost-effective learning outcomes
• Works with subject matter experts to plan and design courses and curricula
• Establishes learning objectives
• Selects most effective instructional approach including a blend of instructor-led and/or self-directed techniques
• Creates dynamic course content using current technologies
• Creates instructional and training materials including references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency and help produce error-free work
• Creates, delivers and/or distributes instructional programs/materials
• Makes timely updates to programs/materials to incorporate changes
• Measures return on training investments by evaluating programs/materials to ensure that the desired learning objectives and goals are achieved
• May deliver classroom training, round tables, coaching, etc.
