Help Desk Associate

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Associate position for a large package handling client in Mahwah, NJ! Job Responsibilities: *This experience and highly technical position provides trouble analysis and resolution for Mainframes outages and production control Batch Job Failures. *Works closely with system programming groups to quickly identify and bring resolution to business critical problems. *Recover and apply permanent fixes to Batch Job Failures. *Monitor & ensure that the timely processing of 745,000+ jobs process through the automatic scheduler on weekly basis. *Assigns, prioritizes and monitors work assignments. *Provided Training to all department personnel. *Respond to critical problems and exercising proper priority decision in its resolution.
