Aerotek is currently hiring a Senior Account Executive performing outside sales for a healthcare company in the Raleigh/RTP area. This company is based out of Charlotte and expanding to the Raleigh, NC market. Sales Executives will have a base office but will primarily be going to business to business. WIll be working HR and brokers offering insurance coverage options for their employees.

As a Senior Account Executive, you must be confident and highly motivated, with a strong instinct for developing new business opportunities and closing deals. You must also have solid time management and organizational skills and be able to work effectively on your own and as a member of a team. It's also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills, engage people at a personal level, and be a good listener. And you should be able to creatively sell services and build relationships with brokers and HR decision makers.

This client is looking for proven sales people with excellent time management skills, proven previous success, structure, autonomy and integraty. This company is offering excellent long-term career advancement opportunities (leadership roles, company growth, and expansion into new states and markets)

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Previous experience and success in an outside sales role (5+ years preferred)
  • Ability to penetrate and sign large clients with needs-based selling techniques
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals
  • Ability to manage an assigned territory
  • Longevity with previous employers
  • Experience selling employee benefits preferred but not required
  • Ambition to build a long-term career
  • Ability to work independently in a regional office

Senior Account Executives receive support from:

  • A dedicated Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) who works with them to prospect and schedule meetings.
  • A Marketing team that assists them with lead generation, email marketing, and the development of sales material.
  • A support team that assists in RFP's, pricing, preparing quotes, renewals and collections.

DIRECT HIRE through Aerotek

Raleigh, NC area

$50-$58k base with uncapped commission. Target goal is between $112K and $150K per year.
