We are looking for someone to provide vocational and residential supports for individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Responsibilities include: on the job support, transportation, coordinating leisure and recreational activities, maintaining contacts with support team, and assistance with daily living skills as needed.

As we learn and grow we all need the help and support of others. It takes a very caring and responsible people to support individuals with disabilities. As a Job Coach with REM Wisconsin, you could be one of these people to work as part of our team.
Job Coaches provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. Job Coaches may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, Job Coaches support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
QualificationsRequirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services
- Six months of experience in human services preferred Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
