Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide expertise or general
    claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating,
    processing and adjusting claims
  • Authorize appropriate payment or
    refer claims to investigators for further review
  • Analyze and identify trends and
    provides reports as necessary
  • Consistently meet established
    productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Candidate should have in depth
    research experience.

Requirements

Requirements:



  • 4+ years of experience analyzing
    and solving customer problems in an office setting environment using the
    telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • An education level of at least a
    high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
  • Authorization to work in the United
    States
  • Moderate Proficiency with computer
    and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and
    complex computer system applications
  • Ability to multi-task, this
    includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of
    benefits within each product


Physical Requirements and Work Environment:



  • Extended periods of sitting at a
    computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
  • Office environment
