GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER

Harry's Fresh Foods has an immediate need for multiple Industrial Labor positions to be filled on each shift. Please see detials below:

Position: Industrial Laborer

Company: Harry's Fresh Foods located in NE Portland (right off of airport way)

Shift: Day and Swing

Pay: $11.25 - $11.50/hr (After 30 days your pay will be increased by 50 cents)

Hours: Day shift (5:00am - 2:30pm) Swing shift (2:00pm - 12:00am)

**At 6 months all employees will have a performance review. Those who pass the review will be converted to become a Harry's employee and recieve another 45 cent pay raise.**

Qualifications:

- Able to do heavy lifting up to 50+ lbs repetitively.

- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or labor intensive environment is essential (see examples of relevant experience listed below)

- Experience operating production machinery is a plus.

- Lock out/tag out experience is a plus.

Job Duties:

- Loads products in large steam kettles.

- Ability to read and follow precise instructions listed on batch sheets.

- Operate 225 gallon kettles using control panels located on the production floor.

- Ability to work independently and operate machines via Allen Bradley control software.

- Ability to do physical labor up to 50lbs - lifting, pushing and pulling.

- You must be able to bend/twist and crouch frequently.

Relevant experience (Preferred):

Requires at least one year of one the following:

- Construction

- Production

- Military

- Manufacturing

- Landscaping

- Similiar past documentation and physical labor experience
