Job Description

Perform routine but varied duties in accordance with business operations. Provide clerical support and reception responsibilities. Assist with Customer Service and client specific reporting.


Required Skills

Proficient with MS office, Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Ability to update internet based demand schedule. MAS 90 Accounting software experience helpful but not required.


Good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
Working knowledge of accounting principals and accounting techniques.
Operate electronic and / or other office standard equipment.
Work independently and exercise good judgment.


Benefits: Group medical, dental and vision insurance (available after 90 day probation, employee/ employer contribution. Premiums are payroll deductions made weekly. Benefit coverages provided upon request. Also short and long term disability and life insurance.


Wages: Hourly position wage: $10. 00 per hour. Review at end of 90 day probation period.
Overtime rate: time and a half after 40 hours worked per 7 day period.
Payroll paid weekly on Wednesday for the previous week. (work week Monday through Friday)
Hours of operation 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M. with 1 hour for lunch (12 PM to 1 PM)

Vacation: 1 week after 12 months, 2 weeks after 2 years and successful completion of probationary period.

Sick Leave: 5 days per year available after 90 day probation. Prorated if employment begins after June 30. Unused sick days can be sold back at the end of the calender year if unused. Vacation or sick leave can't be carried over to the next year.

401K Plan:Available after 1 full year or depending on date of hire, entry only at the beginning of the quarter.
D&S currently offers up to 4% matching, dollar for dollar up to 3% and $ .50 on the dollar up to 5% .

Paid holidays: Scheduled on a yearly basis and schedule available upon hire.
