A day in the life…

As a , you’ll play a dual role—part brand ambassador, part stylist. In this role, you’ll…

• Build relationships with customers by providing the best service possible and attending to their individual shopping needs— whether they need a last-minute handbag or want to invest in a new seasonal wardrobe.
• Teach and coach team members on brand history and products and build brand awareness with customers through events and promotions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal partners to promote brand awareness across designer departments, address product needs and meet goals.
• Work with department manager and visual department to ensure merchandising and presentation meet the brand’s image standards.

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
