We are looking for a fearless, brilliant Program Director to operate and build our services in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. This dynamic leader will work hand in hand with the Senior Leadership of Pennsylvania MENTOR to navigate the complex and ever changing human services environment.

What You Need:

This role is a combination of on-the-ground operational magic, dynamic clinical leadership and innovative development of systems to ensure we are delivering the highest quality services to the individuals we serve. Continual improvement and a focus on quality are the name of the game. You need be a strong operational thinker, focusing on building strong clinical teams to exceed expectations to heal families in the hope of children returning home. What You’ll Do:
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills on a minute by minute basis to ensure we have the highest performing clinical teams and treatment services of excellence.
• Manage a growing team of Master and Bachelor Clinicians
• Develop partnerships with payers in all counties to enable our organization to serve, serve well and serve more.
• Partner with our Payers for enhanced relationships and collaborate on current and future services by demonstrating the highest quality of care in our current services
• Build positive nurturing relationships with our incredible families who open their homes to complete treatment services.
• You will travel between several local offices, and across counties surrounding Philadelphia.
• Motivate and Cheerlead your team of over 20 professionals to support service excellence
• Create User Friendly Data that make you the leader and conduit in data driven decisions for the this business unit

Compensation:

Qualifications

What You Need to Have:

  • Master’s degree required plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
  • Experience working in and operating community based mental health and/or behavioral supports to children and families. Foster Care experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high volume quick paced environment
  • Supervisory and Leadership Experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access and Outlook
  • Experience with auditing, data analysis, and presentation of reports to Senior Leadership
  • Creative and Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Be a Cheerleader and Ability to influence teams without direct supervision
