Civil Project Manager

Civil engineering firm speacializing in land development projects- in particular large hotel, shopping plaza's, retail facilities, commercial sites and casinos have made up the majority of their portfolio.
this position is for their Woburn Office. Going to be working on the Casino project that is based out of Springfield, MA as well.
5-7 year Sr. Project Engineer or Project Manager needed to assist with design/drafting/engineering of land development projects
Must have familiarity with land development, feasability, drainage, grading, site layouts, utilities etc
Must be familiar with permitting
Must be comfortable with public speaking

Professional Engineering license is not required, but ideally candidate will be working towards obtaining this

software used:
Autocad (civil 3d)- a must
hydrocad- is a plus/bonus
microsoft suite is preferable

Looking for someone who has either been in a project management role, or is currently working towards the direction of getting into a project management role (Senior Project Engineer)
