Watch Assembler/ Quality Control - Full-time / Part-time

This is a first shift position paying $11 an hour

Line Assemblers & Quality Control:

• Assembles, tests, and adjusts complete watch movements according to specifications, using watchmaker's tools and loupe: attaches hairspring and balance assembly, train, escapement, winding and setting mechanism, mainspring, jeweled bearings, and bridges, using tweezers, hand stacker, and other watchmaker tools, and loupe.
• Inspects movement for accuracy, diagnoses cause of defects, and replaces defective parts. Makes quick and accurate troubleshooting decisions. Quickly and repeatedly adjusts the controls of a machine to exact positions to perform various tasks. Moves hands and arms together to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects.
• Arranges items or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific sequence or set of rules.
• Listens to and understands information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Concentrates on a task over longs periods of time without being distracted. Ability to detect any defect within the watch.
• High attention to detail for quality control.
• QC candidate must be able to find any defect on the watch wether it me in the watch or on the exterior. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
