Job Description
This is a position of an Assistant Project Manager with at least 5 years of Construction Experinece. The candidate for this job DOES NOT NEED EXPERIENCE IN THE ELEVATOR INDUSTRY but MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE! Candidate's need to know the fundamentals of commercial buildings and have experience running projects indepndently from start to finish.
Our client has worked on many different impressvie projects included Federal, Commercial, Large Residential and Aerospace lifts.
Position Breakdown:
>75%- Working with Sr pm on scheduling, budget, document,cost control, change orders, RFI submittals,Reviews
>25%-Working directly with client needs
Candidate's Must Have
- 5 plus years of Construction Management Experience (APM, Project Engineer, Office Engineer, or Superintendent)
- Experience Managing Commercial Construction Projects
- Experience Interacting with clients and running projects from begining to end
SALARY: $55,000 to $70,000k/year with benefits
