Primary Responsibilities:
  • Benefit Ops Bi-weekly Meeting
  • Weekly UHOne Planning Meeting
  • Deb Cheney UHC on Exchange Meetings
  • Weekly Regional Meetings
  • Open Enrollment Meetings
  • Develop and track deliverables for on exchange health plan readiness with all business leads and supporting staff.
  • Plan weekly meetings with regions to determine topics, schedules, and assist with meeting materials if needed.
  • Triage issues that regions/states have both incoming and outgoing. Act as the single point of contact, including communications with brokers.
  • Prepare status reports for UHOne/UHC management
  • Coordinate with IT project managers on IT related projects
  • Coordinate contingency planning for open enrollment activities.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations as needed. 
  • Provide analysis on costs, volume metrics reporting, and track costs for on exchange health plans

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3+ years with current proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting and filtering); PowerPoint, Word (documentation) and Outlook (send and receiving emails).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Data Analysis experience.
