Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Our Client in Plymouth, MA has several Temporary Call Center openings. Seeking Candidates who have retail customer service experience, banking and/or call center experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required. The assignment requires candidates who can work a 40 hour work week, with over time as required. (This is a 40 hour a week, full time schedule, including every other Saturday) This position requires performing a variety of duties to serve new and existing customers. Must be dependable, well organized, have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and perform a wide variety of responsibilities. Experience with Banking products and have the ability to cross sell products is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The following shifts are available: 7 AM to -4 PM 8 AM to -5 PM The positions will be approximately one month with a possible opportunity for a direct hire for the right Candidates.
