Manpower a global staffing and recruiting company is seeking top candidates for a reputable corporation with a call center in the Cutler Ridge area in Miami. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, reliable, and willing to learn. This position requires 5 weeks of training starting March 17, 2015. Requirements: Commitment for training M-F 8-5:30pm for 5 weeks AND start a regular schedule from 11am to 8pm Stable employment history preferred 80-100 inbound calls daily Bilingual English/Spanish required. Some opportunities for English/French Details: -Pay Rate: $12.00/hr -Temporary position (long term) -40 hrs a week Duties: Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders. Customer Service may be by telephone, fax, email or regular mail. Provides basic product/service/application information. . Must process orders, requests, returns, and adjustments. Enforces policies within guidelines. Develops or prepares reports as required. Must efficiently utilize the computer support system. Utilizes internal contact resources for specific situations. Exercises judgment and diplomacy, as required. Maintains current information in an easy-to-use format. Must be an effective communicator. Must have some basic knowledge of computers. Coordinates and expedites services issues to higher levels or other departments as needed.
