Quality Assurance Supervisor 2nd shift - Full-time / Part-time

2nd SHIFT QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR We are searching for an enthusiastic, hard-working and driven 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Supervisor. We are looking for a successful individual who is a results-oriented individual with a solid background, preferably in food manufacturing, who enjoys meeting challenges with enthusiasm. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will perform a key leadership role in the development of policy and procedures and the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management processes. Ensure the continued effective implementation of foundational quality systems such as change control, management review, internal audits, process control, complaint, corrective, and preventative action and training. Education/Experience/Skills & Competencies: Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology or equivalent degree Minimum of three (3) years QA food processing experience HAACP certification Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Strong interpersonal skills with above average communication, written and computer skills Strong analytical experience - ability to analyze data sources bringing multiple solutions Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals Demonstrated follow through skills and the ability to manage multiple projects Experience in effectively managing other people through strong leadership skills and team building techniques Ability to work under pressure and time constraints Effective at problem solving and thinking "outside of the box" Continuous Improvement/problem solving ability Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and third party auditors
