Home Solutions Advisor - Full-time

The HI Advisor (Kiosk) is a trusted advisor for Sears and non-Sears customers. As the first point of contact (Greeter) to potential customers, the Advisor must be courteous and professional and maintain that high level of customer service at all times. The Advisors main purpose is to generate a quality lead by encouraging homeowners in the malls (not Sears stores), who have a genuine interest in our home improvement products, to sign up for a no cost, no obligation estimate in their home. The Advisor enhances the customer experience by being knowledgeable of stores, food courts, restaurants and restrooms. Has a general knowledge of the Mall layout in order to direct customers to specific stores, food courts, restaurants and restrooms.

Job Requirements
* Must be able to be active on the retail floor for 4-8 hours at a time.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.546
