Position Description:

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Support two or more local plan executives with
    calendar management and setting up meetings
  • Serve as Business Segment Liaison (BSL) for new
    hire onboarding, software requests and other technical needs for departments
    served
  • Assist in managing Business Continuity Planning
    documents
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Assist in coordinating collateral and materials
    for Community Events
  • Participate and support administrative tasks related
    to local employee engagement team.
  • Arrange travel
  • Submit/process business expenses
  • Organize business lunch meetings
  • Assist in setting up health plan Town Hall
    meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience of Administrative
    Assistant support to Executive level individuals.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word,
    Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of setting up A/V equipment to support
    internal and external events
  • Experience coordinating meetings/events.
