Primary Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Greet guests as they enter the office
- Ensure CAREGivers have checked in at their scheduled assignment
- Staff client schedules with CAREGivers based on criteria provided to you
- Address client/CAREGiver concerns with current schedule
- Mail out "Welcome Letters" to new clients
- Assist Human Resources with employment reference checks
- Ensure copies of important documents/packets are always stocked
- Assist in any other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Basic office experience preferred, not required
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- High School Diploma or GED
