Packaging Operator Needed in Georgia

Controls and monitors the Depalletizer, Scoopdropper, and Inserter/ Overcapper. Maintains necessary documentation for each position assigned. Performs required quality checks as outlined in job specific Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Performs Packaging Transport System Cleaning as required. Machine Operation - Efficiently operates within established parameters automated equipment; Depalletizer, Scoopdropper, Inserter/Overcapper. Informs Packaging Supervisor of unusual situations but resolves minor problems without supervision. Consistently follows Good Manufacturing Practices while maintaining an efficient, clean, and neat work area. Identifies and recommends improvements to the process. Able to troubleshoot machines in item 1 for daily operation. General Housekeeping: Performs daily sanitation in department without direct supervision. Maintains work area in accordance with GMP requirements. Shift: 6am-6pm (Rotating day shift) Pay: $11/hour
