I.T. Help Desk Support Technician - Full-time / Part-time

The Marquette Manpower office is assisting a Marquette client in their search for a skilled I.T. Help Desk Support Technician. Job Location: Marquette, MI - Candidate must be willing to relocate Candidate must be able to install, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot client network infrastructures, including Windows Server networking equipment, while servicing numerous clients through help desk support. Candidate must have STRONG customer communication skills, troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. At least, three to five years of experience is required. Certifications and/or knowledge are preferred for the following servers/networks: SQL, Cisco, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security).
