Vinfen supports thousands of adolescents and adults with psychiatric, developmental and behavioral disabilities at more than 300 sites with 2,600 employees in eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut.
We are seeking compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide services to clients living with psychiatric conditions in Plymouth, MA. Responsible for program activities in a community living arrangement. Provide individual and group support to transitional age youth; teach skills to enhance independence and quality of life. Ensure a safe, secure and clean residential environment.
To succeed in this role you will have good time management skills, good writing skills and three months to one year of experience in a related function. Education and / or training equivalent to a High School diploma or GED. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year. You also must be able to successfully pass a CORI check and a driving record check. All applicants must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 90 days of employment and MAP certified within 150 days.
SCHEDULE: Sun, Tues, 8:00 am-4:00 pm; Mon, Weds, Sat 2:00 pm-10 p.m
