Overview:

Responsible for MDM data integrity and integration with the United States and Canadian GenWeb databases, DMS, NARS, NARS Strategy, SHARP, Strategy Lite, Military, Wal-Mart, GDS and Client Proprietary Systems. Provide support for CDHELP sites including, NARS Item Maintenance, Orders on Hold, Client Service Director, Client and Product while maintaining a minimum of 93% on-time completion of tickets (SLAs). Resolving issues forwarded from the Verizon Help Desk, uploading Sales Workflow Requests, and assisting with and participating in team cross training.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter all new client information and edits to existing client information, into MDM accurately and within the specified SLAs; adhere to policy guidelines for activation and inactivation of client information.
  • Enter all new customer bill to/ship to details and edits to all existing customer information into MDM (beginning in early 2010) accurately and within the specified SLAs; adhere to policy guidelines for activation and inactivation of customer information.
  • Enter all new and updated product data into MDM accurately and within the specified SLAs; adhere to policy guidelines for activation and inactivation of product information.
  • Enter, upload and maintain accurate pricing for Data Steward A-Z clients in the GenWeb databases; adhere to policy guidelines for activation and inactivation of pricing .
  • Enter necessary overrides in GenWeb databases to ensure accurate order & invoice processing.
  • Facilitate system merges and purges of client, customer and product data, in conjunction with Sales Data Coordinators, as necessary.
  • Communicate the completion of all new and updated client, customer and product information to the applicable sales support teams. Post all approvals, communications and back up documentation to the SharePoint Team site for tracking, audit and compliance within 48 hours of completion of the request.
  • Develop and maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of MDM and its downstream systems to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely maintenance of all databases.
  • Monitor the sales workflow queue, CDHELP sites and escalated Help Desk tickets to resolve any issues assigned. Demonstrate cross functional knowledge to triage any issues and manage relationships by providing single point of contact resolution to all partners.
  • Participate in system user acceptance testing and assist in developing test scripts/scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training to associates when needed.
  • Perform special assignments for the company, branch or department as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office Live meeting.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and set priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, scanner, telephone and copier. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook):
    Minimum proficiencies Excel: defined by Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 ACE Training.
    Minimum proficiencies Word: defined by Level 1 and Level 2 ACE Training.
    Minimum proficiencies Outlook: defined by Level 1 and Level 2 ACE Training.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and define workable solutions which affect multiple users of shared data.
  • Type a minimum of 60 wpm.
