Disaster Restoration (fire / water / mold) AND Residential & Commercial Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning Services
First and foremost it is absolutely necessary for the applicant to have a valid drivers license & to pass a background screening both initially & annually.
This position requires response to both routine AND emergency calls for the above noted services (this includes being on-call after-hours, on weekends & on holidays).
Experience is preferred, however we will train if the candidate shows excellent customer service & communication skills, experience / skill with safe handling of tools & equipment, has an eagerness to learn and has a positive attitude.
Ability requires the safe-handling, proper use, cleaning & maintenance of vehicles, equipment & warehouse, including the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Report, respond to and resolve any complaints about the services performed.
