We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional with auditing experience to become our newest Audit Manager in our Irvine office. This role will focus on managing client, pharmaceutical company and regulatory audits and will offer the right candidate a great chance to join a growing business full of advancement potential as well as great benefits and the prestige of working for a Fortune 50 organization. Primary Responsibilities:



  • Coordinating the execution of audits performed by our clients, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and regulatory/government agencies (CMS, OIG, GAO)

  • Working with the Business Owners and the Auditors to:

    • Determine the appropriate scope, timing and logistics of the audits

    • Prepare audit requests as required

    • Monitor audit progress and resolve potential findings as appropriate.

    • Validate and respond to audit findings.

    • Develop and monitor corrective actions.

  • Developing a consistent audit process to ensure all outside audits are effectively managed

  • Performing monitoring reviews to obtain assurance on compliance

  • Planning and executing operational and regulatory audits of various areas within the company

  • Analyzing the root cause of issues and helping to develop appropriate action plans

  • Developing audit reports that accurately summarize the results of reviews

  • Assisting with various projects related to SOX/SAS, Internal Audits and special projects as directed by the VP of Audit

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field

  • 5-7 years of experience in audit (operational, financial, and/or IT related)

 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Project Management experience

  • Healthcare/PBM experience

  • CPA, CIA and/or CISA
