Position Description: The Change Management Coordinator role provides oversight of the change request, engagement of appropriate parties, and confirmation of vital requirements the end user will need related to their daily functions as it pertains to change. The coordinator will work in close partnership with project managers and business contacts to ensure that implementation dates are met associated with the requested change or approved project. He or she will also assist in change requests that include regulatory and/or policy impact across the mortgage bank divisions in conjunction with and on behalf of the department leadership. The coordinator will assist all project work related to the maintenance of compliance and audit guidelines for all lines of business within the division. An essential requirement includes understanding the Change Management Department's methodology and ensuring that all quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to as part of the review process for implied or stated policy statements. The coordinator will work closely with the broader Business Readiness management team to track, report, assemble and distribute updates for all completed change request types and follow the requests until implementation. The Change Management Coordinator serves as the primary contact to ensure policy development; procedure writing, document updates, training, and communication delivery of the requested change are coordinated and implemented in a timely fashion. The coordinator identifies cross impacted partners, collaborates with individuals throughout the organization for all aspects of the change request. Qualifications: Mastery of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Able to prioritize multiple tasks associated with ensuring all impacted functional groups deliverables are in place to support the needs of his/her clients Works independently without requiring daily supervision and guidance. High energy level and sense of urgency Strong organizational, time-management, negotiation and problem solving skills Ability to learn processes and technology quickly 3-5 years of Mortgage Banking experience Excellent written/verbal communication skills including advanced spelling and grammar skills Must demonstrate ability to work as part of a team Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory, project management, or comparable position High degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage work independently Flexibility is a must with a strong ability to adapt to change in direction and/or priorities Ability to determine when a project is in jeopardy and when to escalate questions and issues.
