This role will lead in the development of the marketing strategy for the inactive segment. This will include defining the digital strategy for the segment, developing and executing a new nurture program for reactivated customers, driving the creative messaging strategy for the segment, driving the call service strategy for the segment, and contributing to an overall improved customer experience for reactivated customers.The individual should be a creative/strategic thinker with experience in digital marketing including email, paid media, and web targeting, experience working with a creative agency in developing new marketing materials, and experience in creating new marketing campaigns including digital and direct mail. The individual will partner closely with the program execution team on program creative and channel strategy. The individual will develop new marketing campaigns , and partner with production teams to execute. The individual will manage all inactive strategies through existing digital programs, and will also be responsible for building, testing, and optimization of new digital infrastructure such as on-line offer enrollment (OPEN platform ). The individual will partner with our analytic team to measure all inactive strategies across multiple channels, and will be relied upon to make strategic recommendations to drive business results.Description-Partner with e-business team and program management team to define the digital strategy for the inactive segment-Monitor business results from all inactive digital campaigns to optimize targeting and creative for existing programs and maintaining a scorecard of digital metrics to be socialized across the business-Monitor digital trends across the business and from competitors to identify opportunities for digital expansion of existing and new programs-Work with Portfolio platform management team to define new technology needs for expansion of the on-line offer enrollment platform-Lead in the development of new inactive customer experience including the creation of new digital nurture strategy-Test new offers and messages to inactive customer and determine optimal messaging strategy-Derive analytical insights from reporting and analysis to improve program and segment strategy-Partner with program execution team to monitor test results from creative testing and identifying champion creative-Work with internal and external creative agency to develop creative for new inactive strategies including nurture and new redemption messaging-Partner with business partners to define live connect and offer enrollment call handling strategy-Monitor call listening for inactive calls to gain insights into customer needs and to improve inactive program communications

Qualifications

Skills•4+ years of marketing experience• College Degree in College Degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, communications, journalism• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices• Strong project management and organizational skills• Ability to apply creative and strategic solutions to solve business problems• Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence others• Ability to analyze marketing campaign results
