Bilingual and/or Trilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: North Atlanta OTP
Compensation: Up to $14/hr DOE
Start Date: 04/01/2015
Schedule: 1st Shift and 3rd Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Responds to in-bound calls from retailer clients selling company's products. First tier level support for technical problem resolution on point-of-sale activation.
Requirements:
• 1 year Customer Service experience
• 1 year Call Center experience
• Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of telecommunication industry and/or POS terminal technology / terminology a plus
• Fluency in Spanish required and/or trilingual (French) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check, credit check and drug screen
