Our company is outsourced by major corporations like AT&T, Staples, and Quill to do promotional marketing and sales campaigns and increase their customer penetration rates in the NWA market. We do face-to-face consultative presentations to existing and new customers in various industries and consumers of all types of backgrounds. Our clients do not pay until we have produced, which is something we are actually great at. For this reason, these major corporations want us to expand to different markets.
In 2015, We are adding two more corporations to our already impressive roster of clients. To accommodate their needs, we will open two offices and staff over thirty new full-time management trainees.
WE ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT WE DO
* In 2013, we opened our first office in NWA.
* In the last two years, we have experienced explosive growth.
* Now, we are ready to expand to Oklahoma and Missouri.
Our tremendous growth would have been impossible without great people just like you. We believe in a few basic principles:
1. When you promote STRICTLY from within, this creates an environment of trust. Every manager in our organization was first an entry level candidate and worked their way up quickly.
2. We encourage failure. Making mistakes is how we learn as humans. To fail is not to have learned from your mistakes or, even worse, to not have even tried.
3. Your personal growth is fast-paced. After you hit a revenue target, you are promoted as a trainer, and then into management. Every big wig in our company started at the ground floor at one point, and now you will have your chance to.
Is it clear what you must accomplish to advance your career and earn a promotion? Our company operates more or less like a professional sports team:
Politics do not matter, performance and your tenacity is all we judge by.
