* MUST HAVE JANITOR CUSTODIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE
* Ability to effectively communicate one-on-one and in group situations.
* Ability to perform repetitive janitorial cleaning duties.
* Excellent communication skills must be able to speak English and follow oral and written instructions must be exceptionally personable and professional
* Knowledge of cleaning methods for schools.
* Ability to use all required cleaning instruments and equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers.
* Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.
