Customer Service/Data Entry

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service/Data Entry.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Customer Service/ Data Entry candidate to help support our client's team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 9 months. The pay rate is $12/hr. Job Description: *Set up investment accounts while providing outstanding customer service to the field *Enter and upload applications to imaging and workflow system *Process address changes, research undeliverable mail and assist with other mail initiatives *Process incoming direct/brokerage/investment advisory applications and paperwork *Reviewing forms for accuracy, following up on missing requirements, entering information into our back office system and Pershing *Customer service interaction with representatives and in some cases, clients Requirements: *High school diploma of GED *Heavy data entry and extensive key boarding experience required *1-2 years experience in the financial services industry preferred *2-3 years of customer service experience in an office environment *Knowledge of industry terminology and common practices *Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry *Knowledge of the brokerage and investment advisory industry and terminology desired *Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize *Ability to work in a fast paced environment For additional information, please contact yolanda.corley@manpowergroup.com and in the subject line list the name of the position and its location.
