Job Responsibilities:
- Answer wireless/cellular telecommunication support calls and resolves telecommunication service and/or equipment related issues or problem.
- Implement new installations.
- Manage wireless service and equipment inventory.
- Administer Blackberry users on the Blackberry Enterprise Server.
- Create and maintain departmental policy manuals.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years customer service experience preferably in telcom/cellular industry.
- Knowledge of electronic work order tracking system is highly essential.
- Ability to interpret user needs.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and do multi-task is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
