KEY Discovery is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. The company is built on a belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients and our team of Customer Service Representatives is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their litigation support needs.

The Customer Service Representative's critical responsibilities will include:

Process incoming jobs consistently and make sure they are processed and received according to proper procedure
Pick up client jobs either by van or by pull cart
Write up job instructions according to client specifications
Submit all job orders to production ensuring job tickets are uniform, correct and clear
Monitor client jobs as they enter production system according to due dates and time
Coordinate and optimize delivery efficiencies as jobs go back to clients
Communicate to sales executives and clients on job status and delivery
Liaison amongst Production, Sales and Clients
Focus on quality assurance and quality control
Communicates hourly with production manager on all incoming and out-coming jobs
Focus on deadlines
Physical demands include lifting and walking distances
