Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manager
- Track production and complete paperwork daily
- Create and maintain job schedule
- Order crew, trucks, materials and subcontractors for your job with aid from General Superintendent and Project Manager
- Run a clean and tidy job site
- Lead by example and teach a crew along the way
- Relay production goals to crew and hold them accountable to meet them
- Work closely with General Superintendent
- Follow company policy and procedures


Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience running a crew
- Knowledgeable in earthwork and utilities
- Experience running heavy equipment
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to accept challenges and new technology
- Honest and trustworthy
- Production oriented
- Able to get along with co-workers and crew members
- Positive, can do attitude
- Safety conscious

No special Certs. No Medical Requirements. Provide own PPE. Boots, Vest, Hard Hat and gloves.
