We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Clerk to join the ACTIVE team as we open an expansion to our fulfillment center. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is a vital part of the fulfillment team. This position is Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
* Testing functionality of all POS equipment
* OMNIs - test functionality dial up and/or IP loads
* Printers - Test printer functionality, with state specific applications
* Hunt & Fish and Web Applications
* Load appropriate firmware & configurations
* Keyboards - Test VeriFone/USB keyboard functionality
* Touchscreens
* Formatting & Burning Flash Drives
* Imaging with USB devices
* HP Computer & Accessories
* Logging failure information to project specific spreadsheets
* Maintaining up to date loads in Master Units
* Liaison with application support for image updates and testing.
* Liaison with Account Management for issues with testing data.
* Liaison with Customer Support Tier III, IPOS issues.
* All other duties assigned
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of POS equipment
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
* Working with Windows imbedded apps, a plus
* Working knowledge of WEB admin, a plus
* Working knowledge of CSM, a plus
* Self-Motivated and commitment to meet schedules
