The Moorhead Courtyard by Marriott is currently accepting applications for evening and weekend Guest Services Representative. Guest Services Representatives are responsible for the operation of the front desk. This includes reservations, check-in and check-out, communicating with all departments of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, answering phones and assisting the Bistro restaurant during busy times.
This position is based at the Front Desk, but knowledge of several departments is essential for the role. Candidates must have excellent customer services skills, the ability to multi-task, and the willingness to work with a dynamic guest services team that is on the way to the top of the brand!
