About this job
Our client located near Freehold, NJ is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent for their Logistics company.
This position will be the point of contact for their clients. You will be responsible for receiving bookings from Customers, Agents, Sales or Management, book shipments with Air or Ocean Carriers, create shipments in Cargowise, complete all paperwork required, confirm completion of all phases of each shipment. MUST have experience coordinating the movement of freight cross-country and working with Truckers. Must have 2 years or more of relevant experience handling International Transportation, preferably Export shipments.
Must have excellent customer service skills, professional and friendly demeanor.
