These Collections Representatives - Customer Service - Recovery Specialists - Collectors work in an office environment, make outbound calls to consumers and have UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!!!
As a Collections Representative - Customer Service - Recovery Specialist - Collector, you will contact consumers to negotiate payment arrangements, perform skip-tracing to locate the consumers and have UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!!!.
Specific job duties for Collections Representative - Customer Service - Recovery Specialist are:
Use various skip tracing techniques to locate consumers
Negotiate payment terms / methods when consumers are reached
Ask consumers questions to understand potential payment objections
Overcome delays / objections and suggest funding sources for debt payment
Update consumer files with new info after discussions and identify / escalate issues
As a Collections Representative - Customer Service - Recovery Specialist - Collector you must have at least 2 years relevant experience in a Collections Representative - Customer Service - Recovery Specialist - Collector role. You must have excellent communication skills ( written / verbal ) as well as effective listening skills.
