Top Three Skills: Upsell revenue, renewal revenue, retention. Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Client Development Representative who will partner with and ensure the long term success of our customers.

You will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

*Core competency will tie together renewal and up sell revenue opportunities in a way to achieve excellent customer experiences
*Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
*Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
*Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
*Communicate clearly the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly projects to internal and external customers
*Forecast, track and achieve renewal and up sell metrics
*Identify and grow opportunities within designated territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment

Additional Information: Training:
oMostly on the job training
oHowever they just hired a Training Manager
oCRM is Sugar but they will be moving to Salesforce
oTraining will focus on learning the client's business processes, data entry, learning the database, how to navigate through the company and the different departments (have to have a relationship with billing, collections, finance, accounting, engineers)
o~30 days for someone with industry experience to get up to speed
o~90-120 for someone with non-industry experience to get up to speed
