EBT is in need of a C2H warehouse worker, must have a clean DMV record (No more than 1 point), experience operating a forklift, and be able to lift 75lbs.

Top Three Skills: Warehouse, Forklift, Loading/ Unloading Job Description: EBT is in need of a C2H warehouse worker, must have a clean DMV printout, experience operating a forklift, lifting upwards of 75lbs. Work Environment: Warehouse environment, small to incredibly large tires. Qualifications: Must have HS diploma or GED, must have a clean DMV with no more than 1 point, must have forklift experience. Performance Expectations: First Day: Will be unloading trucks of tires for the first week or 2 then will be forklift certified.
Performance Measures: Must keep up with the pace, must have accuracy in pulling orders.
Best vs. Average: 2 years warehouse experience, forklift savvy and intelligence to work independently and move up the ranks.
Disqualifiers: A DMV with more than 1 point, inability to lift form than 75 lbs., no high school diploma. Interview Information: Interview with HR then with Warehouse Manager
It is a must the candidates are clocked in and working at the start of their shift, not walking into the building at the start. Attendance is very important to EBT and someone that is late on their first few days will be terminated. Additional Compensation: RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, stores and pull/distribute tires by performing the following duties:
Receive tires and items, either by hand or by using forklifts, scissor-lifts, clapper attachment, dolly or motorized cart
Sorts and places tires or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, and style.
Pull items from inventory for shipment and load tires for delivery
Performs inventory of product.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have great job stability and at least one year of warehouse and forklift experience (Regular Forklift, Great if they have clamp and or scissor lift)
Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Good communicaton; must be able to read, write and speak english
Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility and organization

ADDITIONAL INFO:
$10-11/hr. (will receive $1 raise after certified on the forklift within 2 weeks)
Monday- Friday (7 a.m.-4 p.m. overtime as needed- Must be available for swing shift (2-10:30) due to employee turnover, sickness or vacation)
Must have Clean DMV (no more than 1 point)- Must be insurable
Must adhere to dress code (clean shaven, hair above the ear, no baggy attire, uniforms will be provided)
